I was able to read the original message bar the sig also - Edora on a Mac.

Curiously enough, I could read the entire message except the usual
signature:
This OE 5.01 Macintosh Edition is supposed to recognize UUEncode, but I
don't know what RFCs means. When you're in the mood, I'd like to learn about
this.
