[OM] removing the memo holder

I just received a phone call from Olympus with definitive information about
removing the memo pad.

When you peel back the covering you'll see two tabs on each side of the
holder, spot-welded to the back. Simply grind them away with your Dremel,
then do a bit more grinding to smooth the surface.
