indications:
Typ 729 (Metz ref.)
prim:120/220v ~
sec 7v ~ 600 mA (AC as you've guessed)

I am working on fixing/modifying a Metz CT60 flash and wondered if anybody on
the list owns one? Could you check the rating printed on the charger for me?
I don't own the charger (transformer unit) and need to do some tests and be
able to charge the battery afterwards, so I want to substitute my own
transformer and need the approximate rating.
The charger unit will most likely have both the input and output voltage and
current rating printed on it. It will probably say something like: 110/230V, 9V
0.5A or equivalently 9V 500mA. I need these last numbers (low voltage,current)
. It is also possible that it could list a Watt number something like 5W or
even 5VA instead of current. The voltage might also list the the voltage out as
some value like 9VAC instead of 9V.
Anybody with this information could email off list. Thanks very much.
