The latest model OM-4Ti's (and all 3Ti's) use a circuit board which contains
no variable resistors (VR's).  The settings are calibrated by the body itself
and stored in permanent memory.  This new circuit board may be slightly more
reliable since VR's can oxidise with time causing their settings to change.
