Dealt with them once, when I was in Atlanta the previous (i.e. not
last) time. Bought new gear there, so I cannot comment on their
rating system for 2nd hand stuff. However for me, all went smooth:
called in the morning and gave payment info and ordered the stuff I
wanted, went there and picked it up in the afternoon. The place was
hard to find for me as a non-local, but looked nice and people were
friendly.
They do not have a regular retail shop but do only mail-order - so I
think that you cannot get to see the stuff before your purchase.

Can you power the T power control like that? Didn't know that. I have
a ring flash (T10, I think) which has a small plug for external power
supply. That turns on the modelling lights only, but is not used for
flash operation.
