The UK mail-order supplier Speed Graphic (www.speedgraphic.co.uk) lists
three photo vests in their catalogue (see below); the numbers in parentheses
are the chest sizes in inches:
Billingham:
S (36-38), M (40-42), L (44-46), XL (48-50)
price: 95 UK pounds
Domke:
S (36-38), M (40-44), L (44-48), XL (50-52), XXL (54-56)
price: 80 UK pounds
Tamrac:
S (36-38), M (39-41), L (42-45), XL (45-48), XXL (48-52)

I extracted these details from the Speedgraphic printed catalogue. The
catalogue is also available to browse online, but you cannot place an order
online. I don't know whether they keep these items in stock, or whether
they have to be ordered specially.
