[OM] sticky wind lever

While John Hermanson is in the mood to hand out free advice, I've got a
question...

The wind lever on my black OM-4T is a bit "sticky-rough" at the beginning of
the wind, while the lever on my champagne OM-4T is smooth.

Is this something I should worry about or have fixed "immediately"?
