Bill, this is one of the original 'cult classic' Vivitar Series 1 lenses. It
is heavy and large, but stays f2.8 throughout the zoom range, and my example
is very sharp... and not up for sale <g>. But I recommend it if you can find
one, a couple have floated by on the 'bay recently in the $100 to $150
range.
