I have XP as well and love it.  Sooo much better than their other stuff.  I
find many people do not like it though, but they share the common
characteristic of not trying it ;-)

Bill,

Give XP a fair chance.  It is actually an outstanding and reliable operating
system.  It's roots are NT4, with the advantages of the 2000 fixes and
plug-n-play.  Just turn off the cartoon GUI and go back to the look of NT4
and you should be happier.

Sure supports a lot more hardware.
