| I couldn't see anything unusual - could be their e-mail server was down. I 
corresponded over a period of days with them and didn't have a problem when 
I ordered mine. You could try clicking on the "ask the seller a question" 
options on one of their auction items. 
Somewhere (..somewhere) I have, I think, the invoice etc that came with the 
filter with their phone number etc. But they have current auctions running 
on the 'Bay so I suspect it was their server that was down - or perhaps you 
mistyped the address.
