That freaked me out: Estimated 500f the european fiber optical IP backbone
was shut down due to insolvency of carrier KPNQuest.
Latest news say it's back running but I could not access my own homepage
(where I keep all my OM links) in acceptable time for hours now. So don't
wonder if it takes a while if you're surfing on sites provided by 'Strato'
which is exclusively connected through KPNQwest. Most websites should work
fine though.
