Jim,
 It is yours getting it wrong, but it usually does not pay to argue with
them. If you live in an area with too few PO's it can be frustrating. I
live within 10 minutes of 4 different ones, and they have all gone with
the 1lb limit. It would just be nice if I could get them to figure out
how to get one of them to allow a return receipt for Priority mail to an
APO.
