How does the T28 attach to the camera? I bought the adapter ring with
two shoe attachments but I think I am missing parts. The ring has no
threads and the shoes slip over the ring but there is no way to fasten
them onto the ring nor is there a way to mount the ring to the lens. It
appears that the ring is in two parts and I am missing one. Anyone with
this setup who can tell me what exactly it consists of?
