Hi all,
A happy story to tell...my boss, who's had a very clean OM-1n black
for years (that didn't work - a gear or something was scragged in
the winder mechanism) found out about a used OM-1md that had
a bad pentaprism through me for 60$ (I just told him about it) and
he took it home and pulled the part(s) he needed, and now he has
a 10- body for a grand total of 65$!! (He bought the first body with a
winder1 and a glass lenscap for 5$) Needless to say, he'll probably
join the list soon, as he only has the "nominal" MIJ high-numbered
50/1.8 MC glass to sport around with...he really likes the Oly, and
this is coming from someone who uses a Lieca and went to Ansel's
workshop to learn some things from the "master"....lucky bastard.
