Yes, my 300/4.5 and several other Zuikos also focus very slightly past infinity. Confirmed it with a 2X-A and 300/4.5 aimed at a full moon one night a couple years ago. It's never bothered me . . . I always check focus even if it's on a mountain range 10 miles or more distant. John H. put it well: "it's better to go 'beyond infinity' than to not reach it."
