This is the case with any print, or painting, or fabric, or whatever, it is
the nature of reflected light, and the way it is modified by the reflector,
in your case, the colored dyes on the dinjet print. Kodak used to make a
chart of color chips, something like the things used to diagnose
colorblindness. you would hold the little charts under different light, and
they would change color dramatically. Under some light, all colors would be
clearly defined, where under others some colors would seem the same. Sadly,
like plus-x, it is discontinued.

Apparently, Fuji can't/won't coat the four layers on sheet film, so the 4x5
is different, so says Fuji. Sad.
