If small is really your operative objective, the 3.5-4.5 is ideal.  A bit
larger, but a better performer optically is the 3.6.  I love both lenses,
just depends how much weight I want to lug around.  Can't speak to the 2.8
except to say that every list member I know of that has one can't say enough
good about it.

Zuikohaulics response...  you need all three, of course.
