Mike,
It's not against the rules to post for-sales stuff for member-to-member
sales. It is, however, considred ethically correct to post your for-sales
items on the list (and giving list-members a chance to buy those) before
selling on eBay and other sites.
It is also appreciated to make especially low prices for list-members ;)
