Subject: [OM] One of those more 'what to take on trip' questions..

I've got an trip back home to the UK for a fortnight coming up next week,
and, as with (pretty much) everyone going on trips, I thought I'd ask the
list for advice on what to take..

What I've got to choose from:

 OM2S body.

 T20/T32/3rdparty flashes (and a bunch of connectors/cables)

Slik Compact tripod (not pocket-sized, but it's very light, and fits in the
bottom of my backpack just fine)

 Zuikos:
 24/2
 50/1.4 (silvernose), 50/1.8 'japan'
 35-70/3.5-4.5
 65-200/4

 others:
 vivitar 17/3.5 wideangle
 vivitar 55/2.8 1:1 macro
 viv S1 90/2.5 macro (+adapter)
 viv S1 200/3

set of OM manual extension tubes, 65-116 telescoping tube, and a few third
party 2x converters.

My current plans is to take the body, tripod, T32 + 6' TTL cable just in
case, and lens-wise, 24/2, 50/1.4, both OM zooms, the 55/2.8 macro lens, and
a 2x converter.

That way I can leave the 35-70 mounted for everyday stuff, I've got a
single lens I can mount for general-purpose/macro shooting, and I've got
wide-angle/dark settings covered if I need it, and the longer zoom for other
stuff.

The Viv S1 lenses are very nice, but _heavy_.. and the 17mm wide angle is a
bit specialised, I think; the 50/1.8 is sharp, but so's the 55/2.8 macro,
and if I'm getting down to f1.8's worth of darkness I'm probably looking at
shutter speeds that'll mean it's my hands that cause the blur, rather than
the lens..

Does this sound reasonable? Anything I should be bringing/leaving behind
instead?

For what it's worth, I'm going to be in places I've been many (many) times
before, so I'm not looking to 'capture unique memories', I'm more looking to
try and get better shots of places I already know.

 thanks,
