Looking at the pdf manual for the OM-3t, (p 105) the central large
contact is the X contact for firing the flash, the forward right (film
advance side) is the flash display contact, the forward left is the 
flash control contact (rewind side), and the two small contacts
toward the view finder is for Super FP Control. Taping over the
forward right terminal will work for T flashes and the F280 flash
in normal mode (not super FP). Contacts are also shown in the
OM-4t pdf from the esif site, since the 4T and 3T have the same
flash contacts.
