I use a Domke grip strap. With it, you can wrap 3 loops around the
wrist and hold the camera with 3 fingers on the grip 1. The camera is
secured to the wrist if you let go. Much more mobile than strap around
the neck. The Grip 1 is another reason I like the OM-4t. (and 3t :-)
That little grip 1 is an essential item.
