No. The OM-3Ti can, however (not with the F280 but with a T flash)

The latter; you must use the GN formula which is rather complicated for the
F280 since it varies with the shutter speed.

The best you can do if you want slow synchro and some automation is to use
normal auto computer flash (not available on the F280 but on the T flashes
and most third party flashes).
