[OM] Ebay problem..any help there?

Hey all,

        I ran an auction about a month ago.  It went fine.  I live in Canada
and the buyer is from the U.S.  He did not send the right payment method.
He sent one of the green USPS postal money orders (the non-international
one) after I asked him to be sure that he sent the right one.  The amount is
correct.  I cannot get in touch with him now (2 weeks trying now).  Is there
anyway I can cash this and send him the item?  Only the orange international
ones are good in Canada.
