Ok, all you folks who know machinists, how about this? It shouldn't be to
hard to make a tripod collar to fit the 2xA. It would also be handy for the
25mm auto extension tube as well. Personally I would love to have one for my
after market 2x extender.
Another possibility would be to just have the machinist make a shim to fit
between the 2xA and the Olympus tripod collar.
