IMO - absolutely accurate and complete descriptions.  Return privilege if not 
as described.  I have received goods from ebay purchases which were far from 
being in the condition described. When this happens I suggest to the seller a 
return & refund or a partial refund of purchase price commensurate with the 
deficiencies in description.  Bill Barber
