A local shop has an adapter, but it includes some glass, seems a bit
expensive at around $AU100 (about $US50). Because of the different
registration distances between the M42 and OM bodies you won't find a
glassless adapter which preserves infinity focus. Is it possible this lens
has a "T-mount" ? If so you might just need to replace the T with an OM T.
If you go for a K1000 you will still need an adapter for M42. What you
*really* need is an Olympus FTL - some say the *ultimate* M42 body (did I
mention I have one for sale ?).
