Personally I think it was the latter based on his
previous sales. He doesn't sell camera equipment and
probably has no idea what the true value of this lens
is. It does look well brassed but I'm sincerely hoping
that's just on the outside :). He probably thought it
wouldn't sell at all due to the heavily used outer
condition; so he'll think its a good deal and I'll
have an even better deal :) when its raining its
raining P.C. lenses from heaven..... ok I'll shut up
now
