The F.AC Adapter is for the Olympus QA310 flash that works with the OM-2 and
Shoe 2 (not the OM-2n).
The F.AC Adapter 2 and 3 are for the T series flashes. The F.AC Adapter 3
does more and to steal directly from the eSIF:
The F.AC Adapter 3 is used with the T20, T32, T45, T Power Control 1 or
Power Bounce Grip 2, and can also power the Winders and the modelling lights
of the various Macro Flashes; cannot be used with the Quick Auto 310
