I wouldn't be scared off by one bad apple. Actually, I think the problem
may be something to do with ME. If not, as soon as I find the time, Dell
will fix the problem. That is the kind of support they have.

hmm, this is funny, i sent an offlist email saying dell was awesome, based
on personal experience, (Dimension and Inspiron), looks like either i'm
very lucky or they've went down the drain of late.
