One thing I noticed that no one has mentioned:
The error message suggests trying to "lower the connection speed". Normally
this is the sort of suggestion you get for errors on SERIAL ports, not USB
ports (since there's no speed setting for USB ports). Are you sure the
English version software even supports the use of USB?
