[OM] Aperture and mirror prefire question

Hi zuikists,

looking somewhat closer at my OM10, which I used during my last vacation
(together with OM101/35-70 3,5-4,5 , and XA4), I found that this little
thing , when used with selftimer, actually does aperture prefire and some
sort of mirror prefire ( mirror goes halfway up). I never read about this in
manuals or the list. Its a nice feature though.

So my question is: which models have features like that? I own the OM1 and
OM2 as well. I left these beautys at home, because I did not know
beforehand, where we would stay in Southern France.

Looking at the pictures, I did not regret that, especially the OM101/35-70
yielded wonderful results. I especially love the close focusing of this
lens. The 24/2,8 on the OM 10 was great, as expected.

regards
Rainer
