[OM] Real or Memorex?

Hello everyone,
My pastor sent me this picture.  His message was, "I hope you're having a 
better day than this guy."  I asked Tom about it, and he has posted it to 
the following URL http://www.zuikoholic.com/badday.jpg
Tom wonders if it's a product of Photoshop.  It's either a perfect example 
of capturing the decisive moment, or it's an entertaining fake.  What do 
you think?
