Picture 1: Looks like a ribbon or tape stretched across the room.
Picture 2 & 3: Seems to me the shutter did not close right away and
caught the incandescent bulb while the photographer was moving around.
Picture 4: Beats me. Maybe it's Great Aunt Fifi.
Picture 5: looks like a double exposure.
Ain't no ghosties here.
