I am pleased to say they found my package. It only took six phone calls and
talking to nine people until I found one that actually cared. She found the
package on the guy's truck. He'd scanned it, but never put it on my porch
and just left it in his truck. Seems like he broke a few rules. The first
8 people ALL promised to call me back. Not one did.
I also discovered something interesting. FedEx Ground is a different
company from all other FedEx deliveries. FedEx Ground is a company that
FedEx bought last year. The run entirely separate operations, from different
terminals.
