UPS is always behind. For the past twenty-four hours they haven't "moved" my tripod/head from Southampton--and it's due here this morning!

I've encountered this... sometime it takes UPS's system a little time to
process the tracking number. Try it again after a few hours (so much for
'real time' tracking). Considering what you had five years ago, tracking by
all the carriers is pretty nice!
