If the fire was hot enough, plastic parts shrink. I remember the poor guy
who raced down to Olympus is Woodbury, with his OM-1 on the floor of his VW,
sitting next to THE HEATING DUCT. By the time he got to Olympus, (he just
wanted a cla,) camera was beyond repair, sprocket had shrunk, curtains
melted, focus screen melted. Poor guy............
