Yes . . . but with two caveats:
a. Proviso: that you are not eliminating or enhancing polarized light
from a non-conductive smooth, reflective surface (glass, water, etc.).
b. The difference varies from polarizer to polarizer (brand), so you would
have to experiment to find what it is for a particular one.
