This could be a good idea.
Participation level could be a problem. Many people (I'm one of them)
could get fired for having a camera anywhere at any time on company
property (includes locked in a car parked in their parking lot). Some
workplaces are very sensitive (paranoid) about corporate espionage,
information security and having absolute control over company image.
