I loved Sky and Telescope, and had a subscription in the UK for years.
I wrote to Patrick Moore as a child and he recommended it in a reply.
It used to come all the way from the USA via Schipol Holland
(KLM airlines?) and then used to get soaking wet in the postman's
bag when it got to our street and also creased in two when he shoved
it through the letterbox!
I used to suffer from Celestron-oholism and Meade-oholism as a child
(sympathetic adddiction - I couldn't afford them!) - real Zuikoholism came
later. :-) My 35mm f/2 will be in the mail tomorrow morning (well, later
today,
it's 02:30 hours). I hope the postie doesn't try to shove that through the
letterbox as well!
I have seen a moonbow picture in there once before i am sure, but in a
past edition, not a future one!
Unfortunately, Sky and Telescope magazine is difficult to find in the UK.
