I have and use the Vivitar Series 1 70-210 f2.8 (58mm filter) and it is a
one-touch. This lens is much lighter & quicker (half-stop) than the
one-touch Series 1 70-210 f3.5 (67mm filter) and takes excellent . I would
recommend the f2.8 over the f3.5 just on the weight issue (You can use the
f3.5 as a boat anchor). You can find the f2.8 for about $100.00 USD. See
Gary Reese's lens test for both the Tamron & Vivitar Series 1
(http://members.aol.com/olympusom/lenstests/default.htm under section "NON
ZUIKO LENSES FOR OM SYSTEM"). My $0.02
