[OM] RE: TOPE Comments

Without saying which image is mine -- I wish people would make more comments.
Also I'd prefer comments along the lines of how to improve the image or
make it more interesting - then "Nice Picture" or "This sucks" !!

(This is in response to the note suggesting people make comments...)
