Hi,

just a short question.

The Connector4 has 3 pins, one centered and two at the front.
As far as I know one pin is the 'fire' pin. One for TTl-whatever and
one for 'information' - what does this mean .
But I don't know which is at which position.
I ask, becasue on of the front pins is missing (no charge for the connector -
seller throws it in). Can someone please tell me which pin
does what.

I thought there was a discussion about something like this some
weeks/months ago but I cant find it.
I remember something like : 'Pin 'x' can be cut of and then
Connector Y is usable on older OM-1/2 (without 'n') bodies...'

Am I totaly nuts on this ?

I own an OM2n and I'm looking for a Typ 4 Connector for off-camera flash.
Is the cut off
thingy still usable on the camera / what flash features am I missing
otherwise ?
