That particular conversion is actually to a Leica 39mm screw . I use a 39mm
flange on a bellows, so that I can use all my enlarger lenses for macro as
well. The bellows was not originally for OM either but has been adapted with
an OM Tmount on the rear!
Tmounts are cheap and easy to get if you don't have any junk lenses or
afterrmarket 2X convertors to scavage flanges off.
