[OM] WTB TTL Autoconnector Type 4

Hi Folks,

I'm hoping that someone may have an autoconnector 4 they wouldn't mind
parting with. This, I believe, is the piece that replaces the hot shoe 4 so
that I can use my om-2n and T-20 with a Bounce Grip 2.
