Disagree. Strongly. One of the aspects of the community is to help each
other acquire good gear at fair prices or better. We also like to know what
our gear is worth at a given time. Far more interesting than some of the
technical threads that get going from time to time.
We may "all know eBay" although some obviously don't and none of us live
there. A 'heads up' could be useful, really useful especially on obscure
items. One annoying feature on some lists is when some members decide that
what doesn't interest them is a nuisance and, of course, shouldn't interest
anyone with any sense. Don't go there - you have a delete button.
Of course - I jumped in vigorously because I was just about to ask an OT
eBay question :-) Anyone suggest why iPix won't accept any of my images
(Mac/Photoshop, jpeg, 65K) - better answer off list!
Andrew
