I had a similar thing from UPS on an order from England. When the item arrives
there were no duties. About a month later I received a bill from UPS for
"custom fee". The thing about the bill is it clearly listed each item and the
0.000000ee which matched the offical fee in the tariff book. So I am a little
confused as to if the money goes the govt or UPS....
