does anyone know why most of the zuiko lenes stop down to f16 where most other manufactures have similar lenses w/ f-22? is it the compact diameter of the lens?

i'm feeling cheated on my DOF....

I suspect it's for compactness. But if you want rationalizations,
what you're losing in depth of field you're gaining in sharpness,
since the lenses that stop down only to f16 are in the range where
diffraction from a smaller aperture will starts affecting you.
