... a series of Manual Focus related press releases and other official
information published directly by Minolta Co., Ltd., Japan. Since the
Minolta Manual Focus SR (late 1950's), SRT (~1966 on) and X-cameras (XK,
X-700, XD, XG and so on) have been around the longest (auto focus started
in ~1985), they have the most rumor and misinformation floating about
them. Why not resolve some issues and prevent misinformation right at
the start? NMG - No More Gossip - this is the real stuff!!! I will dig
up and find and publish official words from MOM: the Mouth of Minolta, I
HOPE at a rate of about one a day or so as I find them in old magazines,
press releases, owner's manuals, sales training guides, and so on.
