Hello Andrew
Sounds like the cord for a CT 45 flash gun. With the SCA 321 you get OTF
flash control with Olympus.
If you want fast recharge, though, you'll need a Quantum battery pack,
though, and then a T32/Bounce Grip set up is cheaper, I think. The Metz is
more powerful than the T32, but only covers a 35 mm lens without a
diffuser. A versatile flash, though.
