Well I think that you're a patient and tolerant gentlemen John.
The lack of salutation or sign-off can make emails a rather rude way
to communicate - not to mention the use of capitals...

Well, I've gotten this email from the list and privately about 8 separate
times.
If it's a plain 2 and you need dedication with a T flash, you need shoe 3.
If you don't care about dedication, Shoe 1 can be used (in stock, $29.95),
Shoe 2, for dedication with QA310 ONLY is NLA.
If it's a 2N, you need Shoe 4 (out of stock for several months already.)
I've been waiting so long for Shoe 4s, they may be NLA too.
